Doug + Katelyn’s CLASSY Wedding at THE Keeneland Entertainment Center IN LEXINGTON
The Beautiful city of Lexington, Kentucky has a certain charm that can only be understood once you’ve spent time there with friends and loved ones. Doug and Katelyn’s breathtaking Lexington Wedding featured some of the best places in town. The bridal party spent the morning at the luxurious 21 C Hotel in downtown Lexington, and the ceremony was held at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. We wrapped up the celebration that evening at the famous Keeneland Race Track in their beautiful Entertainment Center. Now, more about the couple. Beauty, grace, and joy. All of these wonderful things wrapped in the inspiring love between Doug and Katelyn. On their wedding day, it was obvious how much these two meant to each other but also all of their friends and family. When they walked into their reception hall, you could tell everybody was there celebrating with them because of how Doug and Katelyn had touched their lives in some way. It was an honor to capture all of their special moments (and especially sweet Eloise).

A diamond in the rough. Downtown Lexington could keep a tourist busy for days and days with the variety of character, charm, and culture it offers. One such place that transports you to another world as soon as you walk in the front gate is The Apiary. Nestled in an unassuming part of Lexington, the Apiary’s lush gardens compliment the rustic architecture to bring about a simplistic yet elegant breath of fresh air. This vibe totally compliments the bride and groom, Ashley and Zack. These are two of the most down-to-earth, lovely people you will ever meet. Both of them have the type of deep kindness in their souls that everyone they meet immediately feels happier. Ashley was the epitome of a “glowing bride.” This girl could not stop smiling for one second. Her joy was purely contagious! While looking as dapper as James Bond, Zack maintained a cool demeanor throughout the whole day… until he finally saw his bride. Seeing these two come together for their first look in the middle of the beautiful garden was a truly emotional moment.

It's not everyday you get to film at a castle. This dream venue is infamously connected to the most exquisite couples who want to plan an unforgettable experience for their wedding guests. Located just outside of Lexington, the Kentucky Castle brings with it a sense of awe and inspiration. Coupled with the charm of neighboring horse farms and southern hospitality, this castle wedding was the perfect way to celebrate an incredible couple. Bingjie and Wenkai's wedding was an elegant, classy, and very fun day of celebrating these two amazing people. With family and friends from all over the world, they declared their love for each other. I am so honored to know both of them and to be a small part of their story.
